If you love dog DO NOT use Animal Crackers! I dropped off my dog for a haircut and a shampoo. 2 hour later Animal Crackers and JJ, the owner called me to tell me that my dog can’t stand on his back leg, and he is crying. When I pick him up, he is screaming and crying. I was PISSED! When I asked what happened conveniently no one knew anything, of course. When I brought him home, he could not sit down without crying. I proceeded to take him to the vet that same day. They did an x-ray, and his hip was DISLOCATED! I also noticed his mouth was also bleeding. I called JJ the owner of Animal Crackers and of course he said his whole staff did not know how it happened. I took him to the emergency room to wait 4 hours. The had to put him to sleep to pop his hip back into place. My dog was suffering for 5 months. His back legs were tied together so his hip stayed in place. To this day he still does not walk correctly. I had to visit the emergency room serval times. I noticed something when I took his to his new groomer…he was not afraid to go back a second time. That’s a good sign. Every time I took him back to Animal Crackers before they caused a major injury to my dog he shook and had extreme anxiety. That’s a bad sign.
Stay far away from Animal Crackers if you love your pet!!! ZERO stars!!
